GeGeGe no Kitaro: The Birth of Kitaro (Manga)

Here’s the Birth of Kitaro (GeGeGe no Kitaro manga): Nope

65-HIT COMBO! Now all of Hokutober and Nantovember have been filled with HnG releases!
And what a release this is! We’re going all the way back to one of the most classic manga of all time: Kitaro of the Graveyard, by Shigeru Mizuki, better known by the name of the anime, GeGeGe no Kitaro, one of Toei’s most classic series that’s been remade at least once every decade! This is also the series that popularized traditional Japanese folk monsters, or yokai. And what better place to start than where it all began, with the origin story of the boy known as Kitaro?

Special thanks go out to Katatonia for translating, and Wright and Nethandle of HappyScans for doing the editing!

Don’t forget to scroll down for SnK and Kinnikuman! And don’t forget to visit HappyScans’ website!

Well, as probably one of the biggest fans of Mizuki in the world, I hope you guys can finally do some translation justice to this long overlooked (and often mistranslated) manga!!

Wow.. I really don’t know what to say. I’m actually speechless…

      Party on Wayne!!
