Hey thanks. Didn’t Myashita make a mistake when he showed the young Edajima at univ. and behind him was the new Japanese flag (not sure which year they changed it though), but i think that’s before WWII?
Also i’ve been patiently waiting for someone to approve my account for several days now, but nothing’s going on…

As for the flag… for one thing that was elementary school, not university. For another, the “old” Japanese flag with the rays on it was actually used only by the Japanese military. The current Japanese flag has been used in civil and state settings since the 1800s.
