Giese, like Ling-Wang, is a student of Hokuto Sonkaken, which can manipulate the the flow of Ki (energy). So yes, he maneuvered the bullet using his energy manipulation.

hey guys the manga downloads arent working,upload jockey just stays on that page and dosen’t go to any of the links I click

The UploadJockey links work just fine, although certain individual links within the UploadJockey page might not work. Just keep clicking on the individual links one by one until you find one that works.
