Lol…thanks for your condolences ;) Also, thanks for your donation! You, a friend of mine, and a another nice fan have been the only guys kind enough to help the team out. HoM (aka Heartofmadness) is the excellent fansub group that fansubbed all 152 episodes of the original Hokuto no Ken (aka Fist of the North Star).

Don’t quote me on this, but I heard Toei gave HoM a Cease & Desist order to remove their site and downloads. I know that the maintainer of Random Action Hour was given a similar C&D order to remove his Transformers and Hokuto no Ken episode reviews, even though he’s only reviewing the episodes.
That does sound like a possibility, but why wouldn’t SuperJ tell us before shutting down the site? Also, couldn’t he have just deleted the content and kept the forum? The whole situation seems really strange to me.
If that were true then this place would probably get a c&d too, plus unsleepable is still up so I find that hard to believe, where did you hear that anyway Jonny?

The difference is that the fan-translation published by Hokuto no Gun are of the new manga and anime spinoffs, and Toei are not involved in any of the new stuff, nor are they currently licensed to an English distributor
On the other hand, HoM was publishing fansubs of the TV series and Toei has been released their own official subs for quite a while. I know for fact that several Hokuto videos on Youtube were pulled down due to “copyrights claims from Toei Animation”. I’m assuming that a similar thing happened to HoM as well.

What do you take us for? Of course it’s the uncensored version! What’s more, it’s also the DVD version, which means you get 4 more episodes (26 episodes in all) from that crappy cut half assed 22 episode TV version. Enjoy ;)
